These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Social IQ website, applications, analytics services, reports, and related services. Social IQ is a product and service operated by BRIDGE IQ, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“BRIDGE IQ,” “Social IQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a social media account, or otherwise using Social IQ, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Social IQ Service

Social IQ is a subscription-based social media analytics and intelligence platform designed to help users understand social media performance, trends, audience activity, engagement, content performance, and related metrics.

Certain subscription plans may also provide content intelligence, video analysis, insights, recommendations, or other advanced features.

Features available to you depend on your current Social IQ subscription plan.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and current information when creating or maintaining a Social IQ account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

You may not share account credentials in a manner that provides unauthorized access to the Service.

You must notify Social IQ promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

3. Subscription Plans

Social IQ offers paid subscription plans with different features and levels of service.

The features, pricing, and billing frequency applicable to your subscription will be displayed when you purchase the Service.

Access to features associated with a particular subscription plan requires an active subscription to that plan.

Social IQ may modify, add, remove, or reorganize features as the Service evolves. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

4. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Social IQ subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.

Unless canceled, your subscription will automatically renew and your selected payment method will be charged for the next billing period.

You authorize Social IQ and its payment processor to process recurring subscription charges associated with your account.

Additional billing terms are provided in our Payment Policy.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription in accordance with the cancellation procedures provided by Social IQ.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals but does not automatically provide a refund for charges already processed.

Refund requests and eligibility are governed by the Social IQ Refund Policy.

6. Connecting Facebook and Other Third-Party Services

Social IQ may allow you to connect accounts, Pages, profiles, or other resources provided by third-party platforms such as Facebook.

You may only connect accounts and resources that you own, administer, or are otherwise authorized to access.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Social IQ to access permitted information through that platform’s APIs for purposes of providing the Social IQ Service.

Your use of a third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, permissions, and restrictions.

Social IQ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. unless expressly stated otherwise.

7. Third-Party Platform Availability

Some Social IQ functionality depends upon third-party platforms, APIs, data providers, hosting providers, payment processors, and other external services.

These third parties may change their APIs, permissions, data availability, policies, functionality, or technical requirements without Social IQ’s control.

As a result, particular metrics, reports, integrations, or features may occasionally become unavailable, delayed, modified, or discontinued.

Social IQ does not guarantee the continued availability of data or functionality controlled by third-party platforms.

8. Analytics, Insights and Recommendations

Social IQ processes available data to provide analytics, reports, trends, insights, classifications, and recommendations.

These outputs are provided for informational and business decision-support purposes.

Social IQ does not guarantee that any particular recommendation, content strategy, marketing decision, or action will produce a specific result.

Customers remain responsible for evaluating information provided by Social IQ and making their own business and marketing decisions.

9. Data Accuracy

Social IQ seeks to present data accurately based on information available through connected platforms and services.

However, data supplied by third parties may be incomplete, delayed, revised, unavailable, or subject to changes in methodology.

Social IQ does not warrant that every metric, report, calculation, recommendation, or data point will always be complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not use Social IQ to:

  • Access accounts, Pages, or information without authorization.
  • Circumvent authentication, subscription, security, or access controls.
  • Attempt to obtain another customer’s information.
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service.
  • Introduce malware or malicious code.
  • Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service.
  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform policies.
  • Resell, sublicense, reproduce, or commercially redistribute Social IQ without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Social IQ, its customers, connected platforms, or other parties from misuse or security threats.

11. Intellectual Property

Social IQ and its software, interfaces, reports, designs, branding, documentation, technology, systems, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to BRIDGE IQ, LLC.

Your subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription remains active and subject to these Terms.

Your subscription does not transfer ownership of Social IQ technology or intellectual property to you.

12. Customer Data

You retain your rights in information and content you provide or authorize Social IQ to access.

You grant Social IQ the limited rights necessary to process that information for the purpose of operating, securing, maintaining, supporting, and improving the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable third-party platform requirements.

Additional information about our collection and handling of information is provided in the Social IQ Privacy Policy.

13. Security

Social IQ uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer accounts and information.

No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over your own devices, credentials, email accounts, Facebook accounts, and other services used to access or connect with Social IQ.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We work to maintain reliable access to Social IQ but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance, security events, infrastructure failures, third-party outages, API changes, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

We may update or modify the Service as necessary to improve functionality, security, reliability, regulatory compliance, or compatibility with third-party platforms.

15. Suspension and Termination

Social IQ may suspend or terminate access when:

  • A subscription is no longer active.
  • Payment remains outstanding.
  • These Terms are materially violated.
  • An account presents a security risk.
  • Continued access would violate applicable law or third-party platform requirements.

Customers may discontinue use of Social IQ and cancel their subscriptions according to the applicable cancellation procedures.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Social IQ is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee particular business, marketing, engagement, audience, revenue, advertising, or content-performance results from using Social IQ.

Nothing in Social IQ constitutes legal, financial, accounting, or other regulated professional advice.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BRIDGE IQ, LLC, Social IQ, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Social IQ during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as Social IQ, applicable laws, or third-party platform requirements change.

The current version will be published on the Social IQ website with its effective or last-updated date.

Your continued use of the Service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to applicable state and federal law and the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nevada, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
