Social IQ provides social media analytics and intelligence through recurring subscription plans. This Payment Policy explains how payments, subscription renewals, and billing are handled for Social IQ services.
Accepted Payment Methods
Social IQ accepts major credit and debit cards supported by our payment processor, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
Recurring Billing
Social IQ is offered as a recurring subscription service. Your subscription automatically renews according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
By purchasing a Social IQ subscription, you authorize Social IQ and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the initial purchase and subsequent renewal payments until your subscription is canceled.
Subscription Plans
Social IQ currently offers the following monthly subscription plans:
Social IQ Basic — $5.99 per month
Provides access to Social IQ’s core social performance reporting and analytics.
Social IQ Plus — $9.99 per month
Includes the features available with Basic plus advanced content and video intelligence features.
Current pricing and plan features are displayed during checkout and on the Social IQ website. Applicable taxes, if any, may be added to your purchase.
Billing Date
Your subscription will generally renew on the same billing schedule established when your subscription begins.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and current billing information associated with your account.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, Social IQ or its payment processor may attempt to collect the outstanding payment again or request that you update your payment information.
Access to Social IQ may be suspended or terminated if payment remains outstanding.
Whenever reasonably possible, we will provide an opportunity to resolve a billing issue before terminating your subscription.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through third-party payment processing services using industry-standard payment security practices.
Social IQ does not require customers to provide credit card information through email or ordinary support communications.
Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Social IQ subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal date to prevent the next recurring subscription charge.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle an account to a refund for charges already processed.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Social IQ Refund Policy.
